We have strong relationships with high-quality maintenance vendors available to service our properties in a timely manner. We also provide project management services for apartment unit renovations and other large-scale capital expenditures.

    Whether you own rental apartments, retail plazas, or industrial real estate assets, Apios has a leasing solution for your business. Apios Properties manages every aspect of tenant affairs, including tenant screening, leasing, drafting agreements, managing rental collections, and resolving tenant disputes.

  • Reporting Services

    We create annual budgets with our clients to set expectations for the year to come. On an ongoing basis, we maintain the financial records and manage banking transactions for all properties under our management. On a quarterly basis, we provide clients financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and conduct annual financial reviews with clients to manage expectations going forward.

    We offer 24/7 support for our clients and tenants. We are quick to respond to emergencies and have skilled workers available to fix problems before they turn into bigger issues.
